AI Full-Stack Developer (M/F)

Akkodis France's Consulting & Solutions service line is strengthening its teams in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region and is recruiting an AI Full-Stack Developer on a permanent contract (CDI). This position is at the heart of a digital transformation strategy focused on the integration of generative and agentic artificial intelligence solutions, aiming to optimize business processes and accelerate the development of new products. You will work on the design, development, and industrialization of AI applications embedded in business tools, in direct connection with the IT Data department and multidisciplinary teams.

Main responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and industrialize full stack applications integrating generative and agentic AI solutions, from LLM integration to production (front, back, exposure, deployment).
• Collaborate closely with data science, MLOps, DevOps, and business teams to integrate and optimize AI models into existing systems.
• Ensure the maintenance, performance, and scalability of applications, while guaranteeing data security and regulatory compliance.
• Implement and maintain automated tests to validate AI functionalities, as well as monitoring and evaluation tools for LLM outputs.
• Participate in scoping workshops, project meetings, and the production of technical documentation (ADR, specifications, integration guides).
• Contribute to continuous improvement (code quality, LLM security, AI FinOps cost optimization) and the design of reusable components for the AI platform.

Working environment:

You will join a cross-functional team of 6 people (MLOps, DevOps, Platform Owner, Engineering Leader) reporting to the IT Data department, in direct interaction with business units (customer relations, after sales, etc.), data scientists, and ML Engineers. The technical environment is based on Node.js, Python, TypeScript, React, MongoDB, SQL, Azure Cloud, Kubernetes, Git/Azure DevOps, Docker, and agentic frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel). The working methodology is Agile (Kanban/Scrum), with regular rituals and a strong culture of collaboration and innovation.

Candidate profile

With a Master's degree (Bac+5) from an engineering school or university in computer science or software engineering, you have at least 5 years of proven experience in full-stack development, with expertise in the integration of LLM and generative AI APIs. You master TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, .NET languages, as well as front-end frameworks (React, Vue) and cloud tools (Azure, Kubernetes). Experience in AI, agentic systems, innovation, database management (MongoDB, SQL), and DevOps tools (Git, Docker, pipelines as code) is required. You are autonomous, proactive, possess a prototype-first mindset, and are comfortable communicating with business teams.
