Run AMOA Consultant M/F

Akkodis France's Consulting & Solutions service line is strengthening its teams in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region and is recruiting a Run AMOA Consultant M/F on a permanent contract (CDI). This position is intended for professionals wishing to intervene in the operational management and optimization of information systems within a demanding and dynamic financial environment. You will be the primary point of contact for incident management and the continuous improvement of business processes.

Main responsibilities:

• Drive the day-to-day operations of information systems by guaranteeing their availability, performance, and proactive incident management.
• Coordinate technical and functional teams to ensure the success of RUN projects and the management of business anomalies.
• Ensure major incident management, task prioritization, and effective communication with all stakeholders.
• Analyze user needs, write functional specifications, and maintain up-to-date documentation.
• Organize validation tests, prepare production deployments, and follow IT remediation plans.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPI) in connection with business units and the finance department.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and external service providers, lead follow-up meetings, and write minutes.

You will operate within a large-scale finance department, in a context of cross-functional projects and continuous improvement. Candidate profile

• With higher education (Bachelor's to Master's degree) specializing in finance, project management, or IT, you have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position within a project/AMOA or financial environment.
• You master IT project management, AMOA processes, coordination of multidisciplinary teams, incident management, and functional analysis.
• A basic knowledge of SQL and project management tools (such as Jira, ServiceNow) is necessary; proficiency in SAP is an asset.
• You are recognized for your organizational skills, rigor, autonomy, and ability to work in a team.
• Your written and oral communication is effective, and you know how to manage stress as well as emergency situations.
