About the company

Akkodis France's Consulting & Solutions service line is strengthening its teams in the Pays de la Loire region and is recruiting a Systems and Networks Administrator M/F on a CDI basis in Nantes. This position offers the opportunity to join the information technology industry and actively participate in the management and optimization of IT infrastructures in a dynamic environment. You will be responsible for the performance, security, and continuity of systems and networks within committed teams.

Your tasks

• Ensure the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers and network equipment.
• Manage systems and network security to prevent intrusions and incidents.
• Monitor IT infrastructure performance and optimize its operation.
• Diagnose and resolve technical incidents related to systems and networks.
• Administer user accounts and access rights on systems.
• Implement and manage backups and disaster recovery plans.
• Participate in technical documentation and the updating of procedures.
• Collaborate with development and support teams to ensure service continuity.

Requirements

With higher education (Bac+5, Master's or equivalent) in computer science or a related field, you have 3 to 5 years of experience in systems and networks administration, ideally in the information technology sector. You are proficient in Windows and Linux environments, network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), virtualization tools (VMware, Hyper-V), and security solutions (firewalls, antivirus, VPN). Skills in scripting (Bash, PowerShell), monitoring, and backup management are expected. Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure) would be appreciated. You demonstrate organization, analytical skills, and the ability to work in a team. Work Environment You will operate in a demanding technical context, within multidisciplinary teams oriented towards the management and securing of IT infrastructures. You will be required to work with virtualization tools, cloud solutions, and advanced monitoring technologies, while participating in innovative projects.
