Infra Project Manager M/F

Akkodis France's Consulting & Solutions service line is strengthening its teams in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region and is recruiting an Infra Project Manager in CDI. This position is intended for experienced professionals in infrastructure project management, wishing to lead high-value-added missions in a demanding and stimulating environment, within a dynamic and constantly evolving sector.

Main responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and coordinate all phases of infrastructure projects, from requirements definition to delivery and final documentation.
• Manage allocated human, material, and financial resources, ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality objectives.
• Collect, formalize, and translate business needs into functional specifications and draft technical specifications.
• Supervise regulatory compliance, security, and lead the management of risks, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Implement and monitor performance indicators, ensure regular reporting to stakeholders, and propose adjustments when necessary.
• Organize and lead steering meetings, coordinate project management teams, and guarantee the best quality/cost/deadline balance.

Work environment:

You will operate in an advanced technical context, using collaborative tools such as Microsoft 365, MS Project, Jira, as well as fleet management and security solutions such as Microsoft Intune, AutoPilot, MDM, GPO, Active Directory/EntraID. Project management methodologies (V-model, Agile, PMI, Prince2) structure the missions, following a logic of continuous improvement, rigor, and compliance with procedures. There are numerous interactions with business departments, the DSI, suppliers, and subcontractors, in an environment where communication, diplomacy, and teamwork are essential.

Candidate profile

• With a higher education background in IT, information systems, or project management, you have at least 5 years of successful experience in similar roles, ideally in the IT or technical infrastructure sector, and in connection with the social housing sector.
• You possess confirmed mastery of project management tools (MS Project, Jira), Microsoft 365 environments, Intune/AutoPilot, MDM, GPO, Active Directory/EntraID, as well as information systems security concepts, virtualization, and networking. Prince2 certification is an asset.
• You demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, leadership, synthesis skills, rigor, methodical approach, and a developed commercial sense. The ability to simplify technical subjects, manage change, and work under pressure is indispensable.
