Recruitment Officer M/F

Akkodis France's Consulting & Solutions service line is strengthening its teams in the Ile-de-France region and is recruiting a Recruitment Officer M/F on a CDI basis in Guyancourt. This position places you at the heart of HR activity, with the responsibility of managing the entire recruitment process for technical profiles in the Aeronautics, Defense, and Space sectors. You will be the preferred interlocutor for Business Managers and candidates throughout the integration journey.

Main responsibilities:

Manage the entire recruitment process, from defining needs to the integration of candidates.

Write and distribute job offers on appropriate platforms (jobboards, professional social networks).

Identify and source qualified candidates via databases, social networks, and other digital channels.

Conduct pre-selection and evaluation interviews with candidates, ensuring an understanding of their professional projects.

Collaborate closely with Business Managers to guarantee the relevance of sourcing and recruitment.

Ensure the administrative follow-up of files and the updating of internal candidate management tools.

Promote the Akkodis employer brand through digital communication, school partnerships, and recruitment events.

Ensure compliance with internal procedures and hiring regulations.

Profile

With a higher education background (business school, university, Master's degree) oriented towards Human Resources and/or Business, you have solid experience of 3 to 5 years in recruitment, ideally in a technical or industrial environment.

You master sourcing, evaluation, and interviewing techniques, as well as IT tools and candidate management software (ATS, CRM, Excel).

Your listening skills, interpersonal qualities, and ability to collaborate with different departments are recognized. Knowledge of professional social networks (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) and proficiency in English are appreciated. A commercial sense, adaptability, organizational rigor, and confidentiality are essential.

Knowledge of the job market in Île-de-France and the ability to manage multiple files simultaneously are major assets for success in this position.
