Logistics Support Assistant (M/F)

Akkodis France's Consulting & Solutions service line is strengthening its teams in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region and is recruiting a Logistics Support Assistant (M/F) on a permanent contract (CDI) in La Rochelle. This position aims to support the logistics operations of the SLI pole within a company in the railway sector, by ensuring stock management, coordination of material flows, and compliance with quality and safety standards. The Logistics Support Assistant contributes to the fluidity of supplies and the smooth running of logistics interventions.

Main responsibilities:

• Ensure the administrative and logistical management of supplies for the SLI pole, including the reception, storage, and shipment of materials and equipment.
• Coordinate exchanges and communication between suppliers, internal teams, and clients to guarantee the availability of resources.
• Monitor and update orders, deliveries, stocks, and inventories using logistics management tools (ERP, Excel).
• Participate in the resolution of logistics problems and material support by processing requests and claims.
• Prepare and manage technical and logistical documentation (manuals, maintenance sheets, illustrated catalogs, SLI deliverables).
• Analyze CRS reports, validate supplier deliverables, study life cycle costs, and track requirements under DOORS.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety procedures in all logistics operations.
• Propose improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Work environment:

You will work in a dynamic industrial environment, within a multidisciplinary team, on high value-added logistics projects for the railway sector. The use of logistics management IT tools (ERP, advanced Excel) and cross-functional collaboration with various departments and stakeholders are an integral part of daily life. Compliance with quality and safety standards, as well as rigor in process monitoring, are essential for the success of the assigned missions.

Candidate Profile

You hold a minimum of a Bac +2 degree and ideally have at least three years of experience in similar roles within an industrial or railway environment. You are proficient in office and logistics management IT tools, notably advanced Excel and an ERP such as SAP. Your rigor, organizational skills, and ability to manage priorities are recognized. Autonomy, team spirit, and good interpersonal skills are indispensable. Fluency in English is required to support projects with an international dimension. Experience in logistics project management, knowledge of quality/safety standards, and a customer service orientation will be assets for success in this position.
