The team

As a Talent Acquisition specialist, you will start in the (international) recruitment team led by Rob. This team recruits candidates in the Netherlands, but also far beyond, for the Aerospace & Defense, Life Sciences, and IT sectors. Top talent is recruited for clients such as the Dutch government, Nike, Thales, but also for the European Space Agency and European Medicines Agency. A diverse challenge!

In the office, you will be surrounded by an international team of recruitment colleagues, business managers, and engineers. You will alternate working at our headquarters in Zaltbommel with working from home.

As part of the international recruitment team, you communicate effortlessly in English and are eager to learn more about the different cultures within the team. Although your team is spread across the country, everyone is within reach via Microsoft Teams. We regularly meet in the office to learn from each other, brainstorm, and celebrate successes.
