Akkodis France's Consulting & Solutions service line is strengthening its teams in the Grand Est region and is recruiting an Automation Engineer (M/F) on a permanent contract (CDI) in Strasbourg. This position offers the opportunity to work in the Healthcare & Medical sector, within the design office, to design and develop innovative automation solutions adapted to the sector's requirements. You will be involved in all phases of the project, from pre-sales to on-site commissioning.
Main responsibilities:
- Design and develop automated systems according to the technical and functional specifications of the medical sector.
- Program and configure industrial programmable logic controllers (PLC) using Ladder and Structured Text languages.
- Develop and integrate SCADA and HMI systems, particularly on TIA Portal, FTView, Wonderware, and WinCC.
- Perform commissioning of automated installations and train users on-site.
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of automated equipment.
- Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to optimize industrial processes.
- Write technical documentation, intervention reports, and test plans.
- Participate in the management of automation projects, from pre-sales support to the validation of functional studies.
Work environment: You will work within a dynamic design office, interacting with technical experts and multidisciplinary teams. The technical environment includes Schneider Unity, PL7, Siemens STEP7, TIA Portal, Rockwell Studio 5000, as well as supervision and CAD tools for electrical design. The working methodology values agility, excellence, and creativity, with regular exchanges between different professions to guarantee project success. You will be required to work on critical installations in the medical sector, in a demanding and innovative context.
Profile sought:
- With a Bachelor's to Master's degree or a graduate of an engineering school, you have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in a pharmaceutical or medical environment.
- You master industrial controllers (Schneider, Siemens, Rockwell), SCADA and HMI systems, as well as CAD tools for electrical design.
- Advanced expertise in TIA Portal and SCADA is required.
- You have skills in industrial electricity, instrumentation, industrial networks (Profibus, Ethernet/IP), and are recognized for your rigor, analytical spirit, and ability to work in a team.
- Fluent English is essential to operate in an international context and collaborate with various stakeholders. - Your adaptability and sense of continuous improvement will be major assets for succeeding in this inclusive position that is open to diversity.
