These are your tasks:

• Independent creation, checking, and administration of freight and shipping documents
• Monitoring and coordination of planned transport processes as well as preparation of unloading and status reports
• Competent handling of customer inquiries as well as professional processing of complaints
• Recording, updating, and quality assurance of shipment and order data in the forwarding system
• Ensuring compliance with defined service, quality, and process standards
• Active support of the department management in the analysis and continuous optimization of logistical processes
• Close cooperation with internal specialist departments as well as coordination with external service providers and business partners

What you bring to the role:

• Completed training in the commercial field, e.g., as a Speditionskaufmann/-frau
• Professional experience in warehouse logistics
• Good knowledge in handling common warehouse software
• Willingness to work shifts
• Good English skills
