Demand Alignment

• Collaborate with demand planning to align Target plans with market needs.
• Translate forecasts into optimized production schedules.
• Balance demand levels to avoid shortages or overstock.

Process Optimization Across Supply Chain

• Analyze end-to-end processes of logistics and warehousing.
• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies across operations.
• Implement Lean methodologies to improve flow and reduce waste.

Inventory & Cost Optimization

• Optimize inventory Classifications (A , B , C ) .
• Reduce holding costs and avoid stock-outs.
• Improve inventory turnover and working capital.

Operation Efficiency

• Improve operation efficiency (Overall Equipment Effectiveness, utilization) .
• Optimize manpower and machine allocation.

Data Analysis & Forecast Accuracy

• Analyze forecast accuracy (Mean Absolute, Bias).
• Monitor KPIs across supply chain.
• Build dashboards for performance tracking.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work with procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams.
• Support S&OP process (Sales & Operations Planning).
• Ensure smooth communication across departments.

Continuous Improvement Initiatives

• Lead continuous improvement projects.
• Apply Six Sigma / Lean tools.
• Deliver measurable cost and efficiency improvement.

Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering.

0- 3 years of Experience.

Proficient in MS Office.

Supply Chain Certificates and diploma is a plus.

ERP System user experience is a Plus.

SIX Sigma is a plus.
