Printing & Finalizing Senior Specialist

Oversee the execution of printing projects for marketing materials, ensuring adherence to design specifications and deadlines.

Collaborate with the creative team to understand and implement design requirements and modifications.

Monitor printing processes, ensuring the efficient use of resources and equipment.

Manage the finalizing processes, including cutting, binding, and packaging of marketing materials.

Address and resolve any issues related to the printing process to maintain high standards.

Implement procedures to ensure final products meet quality standards and project specifications.

Ensure accurate and timely completion of finalizing tasks to meet marketing deadlines.

Ensure all marketing materials comply with brand guidelines and quality standards.

Conduct regular quality checks and audits of printed and finalized materials.

Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality and efficiency of printing and finalizing processes.

Optimize workflows to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.

Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Production Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in printing and finalizing.

Experience in a marketing or creative environment preferred.
