Senior Permitting Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Monitor weekly coordination with government agencies related to daily operations and relationships with government agencies, including the Department of Primary Industries and Mines (DPIM), Ministry of Industry, Provincial Forestry Office, Provincial Land Office, District Office, etc.
2. Ensure that all permits related to mining and plant operations are processed and completed on schedule, including mining concessions, factory licenses, forestry licenses, public right-of-way permits, explosives licenses, etc.
3. Monitor the permit application and renewal processes for mining and plant operations, including Chatree Gold Mine and its subsidiaries.
4. Assist inspection officers from all government agencies in performing their duties.
5. Constantly monitor and update knowledge regarding laws, regulations, and various guidelines from government agencies.
6. Control and ensure that the transportation of gold bars is conducted with complete relevant documentation, such as mineral transport permits, royalty calculations, and gold bar transport permits, with systematic operating procedures established.
7. Control and ensure that mine plans, explosives licenses, factory licenses, and other permits related to operations are processed on time and are always kept up to date.
8. Respond to requirements and information requests from regulatory agencies.
9. Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.

Specific Expected Results

1. Ensure that all permitting processes are completed on time and 100% complete, including relevant documentation and various permit renewals.
2. Oversee and execute the application for necessary permits for mining and plant operations to be completed within the specified time.
3. Communicate clearly and continuously with government agencies and internal stakeholders to prevent misunderstandings or delays regarding legal compliance and requirements.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field In-depth knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in various government agencies Extensive experience in coordinating with government agencies and regulatory bodies in mining or related fields High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality Sufficient knowledge of general company operations, such as mining, geological maps, and environment Good English language proficiency Ability to work under pressure
