Your tasks

Description We are looking for a passionate and experienced R&D MANAGER to join our team and its innovative solution projects. A true leader of people, his/her main mission is to direct the team responsible for the development, design, and implementation of business software. As a technical and technological leader, he/she participates in writing the product of tomorrow and the related technical choices.

Main activities

• Direct and supervise software development projects in SaaS mode.
• Collaborate with technical teams (R&D, Product Owner) to design innovative and high-performance solutions.
• Ensure the quality and security of software architectures.
• Manage project deadlines and budgets.
• Define the framework and scope of the team's intervention while respecting the defined budget, planning, and agile work organization.

Requirements

• With a Master's degree (Bac +5) in computer science, you have significant professional experience of more than 5 years in the production of SaaS applications or in a similar position.
• You have experience in team management.
• You master software architecture, particularly in SaaS mode.
• You have a good knowledge of cloud hosting practices and hyperscaler offerings (Google or AWS or Azure).
• You master programming languages (.net C#/ Winform/Htlm5 CSS3...) as well as knowledge of SQL querying and Oracle databases.
• You have a culture of AI, Cybersecurity issues, and UX notions.
• You have a culture of security rules through a DevSecOps approach.
• You master Agility and the Scrum method.
• Proficiency in English is indispensable.
• You have a team spirit and possess good listening and communication skills, both oral and written.
