Assistant IT Engineer

1.) Provide day to day IT support for computers, hardware, software and network connectivity. 2.)Assist with installation, configuration, maintenance, upgrades and troubleshooting of IT systems. 3.)Support Company websites, cloud platforms, digital applications and basic database operations. 4.)Participate in technical support, testing and implementation of AI, automation and robotics projects. 5.)Assist with system interfaces (APIs), documentation and coordination with technology vendors. 6.)Support basic cybersecurity, access control and data protection practices. 7.)Carry out other IT-related duties and project support as assigned.
