Your tasks

Establish, maintain and track application of ISO 9001, HACCP, Food Defense and Food Fraud systems. Responsible for the performance of quality assurance tasks and solving quality-related problems at Long Thanh factory, in order to provide customers with quality products according to the Company's guidelines and regulations of the Vietnamese government.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree. Relevant majors are priority (food chemistry, chemistry, biology, ...)

Having a certificate of participation in awareness training of ISO 9001, HACCP.

Knowledge of food hygiene and safety, production processes and basic analysis methods of food and packaging.

Understand Food Defense, Halal, Food Fraud.
