QC Analyst

Your tasks

1. Sample and control the quality of products during mixing, work-in-process, and finished goods in beverage production.
2. Analyze product quality in terms of physical, chemical, and sensory aspects.
3. Perform root cause analysis and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
4. Supervise and inspect cleaning in the production line and process hygiene.
5. Manage documents and records, including reporting inspection results to supervisors.
6. Perform chemical and physical analysis for water quality in the production process.
7. Other assigned tasks.

Requirements

1. Gender not specified.
2. Age 25 - 35 years old.
3. Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering in Food / Food Technology / Biotechnology / Microbiology / Biology / Chemistry or related fields.
4. At least 1-3 years of experience in a QA / QC Supervisor, Senior Supervisor, or QA/QC Specialist position within the food and beverage manufacturing industry.
5. Good English communication skills (Speaking, Reading, Writing).
6. Skills, experience, or certification in Retort machine control will be given special consideration.
7. Basic knowledge and training in GMP, HACCP, HALAL.
8. Skills in root cause analysis, problem-solving, and prevention.
9. Able to commute to work independently.
10. Able to work in shifts.
