Product Compliance Supervisor

Your tasks

1. Inspect and proceed with product certifications and factory food production licenses to ensure compliance with relevant domestic and international laws and regulations.

1. Verify the accuracy of product labels and claims to ensure compliance with the laws of each distribution country.

1. Oversee compliance with excise tax requirements.

1. Coordinate with government agencies such as FDA, Excise Department, TISI.

1. Execute and monitor Halal Registration for products to ensure completeness and timeliness.

1. Verify the accuracy and consistency of formulas, labels, and product information prior to food registration.

1. Monitor, analyze, and inform relevant departments when new laws or regulations regarding food, packaging, or product labeling arise.

1. Other related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

1. Gender not specified, Age 25 - 40 years old.
2. Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering in Food / Food Technology / Biotechnology / Microbiology / Biology / Chemistry or related fields.
3. At least 3 - 5 years of experience in R&D / RA / Regulatory Compliance Supervisor positions within the food and beverage industry.
4. Experience regarding applications for production/import/distribution permits for beverages with relevant agencies such as FDA, HALAL (will be specially considered).
5. Knowledge and understanding of Food Law & Regulation, such as FDA laws, nutrition labeling, excise requirements, Halal standards, etc.
6. Knowledge in Label Review.
7. Basic knowledge and completed training in GHP, HACCP, HALAL, ISO9001.
8. Able to communicate in English (Speaking, Reading, Writing) well.
9. Good communication and coordination skills; able to contact relevant agencies such as FDA / TISI / Excise Department, etc.
