Supplier Quality Manager

Due to the rapid expansion of our staff at our production facility, the "Supplier Quality Manager" position is currently open.

Key Responsibilities: Management of department quality standards.

Participation in concluding contracts, integration of technical requirements, warranty policies, and a system of penalties for non-compliance with quality standards.

Conducting remote and on-site inspections.

Evaluating supplier performance (Scorecards), managing the SCAR (Supplier Corrective Action Reports) process, and encouraging partners to improve their manufacturing processes.

Coordination and conduct of technical supplier audits, participation in the process of their approval (AVL) or removal from the partner pool.

Improving packaging, storage, and transportation methods to minimize logistical losses.

Implementation of the IQC/SQ development strategy and training the team of controllers.

Managing the engineering team to prevent the occurrence of material defects.

Key Requirements: Higher technical education.

At least 3 years of experience in quality management (experience in the electronics or system assembly industry will be a significant advantage).

Ability to freely read technical documentation and drawings.

Proficient user of MS Office (Excel — at the level of complex formulas/reports).

Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards (IATF 16949 will be a plus).

English level Intermediate and above (ability to conduct correspondence and negotiations with foreign suppliers). Chinese language will be a plus.

High communication skills, systematic decision-making, and attention to detail.

Knowledge of quality tools such as 8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, APQP, or PPAP.
