Equipment and Components Procurement Specialist (searchip)

The company's specialists are involved at all stages: from the production line in Ukraine to the logistics center in Poland, from where products are shipped to distributors all over the world.
Our Supply Chain Department plays a key role in ensuring the stable scaling of the company and the continuity of our device production process, so we are currently looking for an Electronic Components Buyer to further strengthen the team.
Required knowledge and skills: At least 1 year of experience in purchasing electronic components; Basic knowledge in the field of foreign economic activity; Technical background in electronics, understanding of electronic components and their analogues; Experience working with MS Office and Google services; English proficiency at the Intermediate+ level; Multitasking and managing several projects simultaneously; Ability to identify problems and find solutions; Ability to follow through on started tasks and convert time into results.
Tasks: Searching, price negotiation, and purchasing of components/goods according to the Technical Assignment (electronic components, housing parts, electromechanics, "custom" elements) for new devices/prototypes; Selection of analogues for electronic components; Searching and purchasing of tools/equipment/consumables in China/Europe/USA for production/RnD teams; Searching and processing new suppliers of components/materials for assigned tasks within given deadlines and budget, as well as working with the existing supplier base; Monitoring delivery terms, prices, payments, quality, completeness of supply, and primary accounting documentation; Drafting/approving contracts; Monitoring and managing orders/payments.
