Project Manager (System)

Ajax Systems — an international technology company and the largest manufacturer of security systems in Europe. We are looking for a new player for the System division in the position of Project Manager. The System division develops the Ajax software ecosystem — OS Malevich, Video Management System, cloud, and client applications. The team ensures the stable operation of all system components as a single digital platform.

Required knowledge and skills: 2-3+ years of experience in IT project management as a technical PM

Leadership, proactivity, and a high level of self-organization

Analytical and systemic thinking

Ensuring fast but high-quality releases

Technical background

Knowledge and experience using agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), ability to adapt them to project needs

Ability to find compromises with stakeholders, clarify all necessary information for decision-making

Ability to solve problems promptly, make decisions, and take responsibility

Ability to work with a team, regardless of your mood or your team's mood, to lead, coordinate, and motivate.

A comprehensive approach to problem-solving

Ability to work in multitasking mode, attention to detail

English — no lower than Intermediate

Will be a plus: Experience working on projects with stable releases and real users

Experience working with cross-platform projects, API, embedded, server-side, and mobile and desktop applications

Experience working with projects in the IoT field

Understanding the principles of client-server architecture functioning

Experience in creating desktop applications

Tasks: Delivery: release on time, with quality and efficiency

Participation in prioritization and maintaining the relevance of the backlog

Planning and prioritization of release scope for the team

Interaction with the technical lead and architect at all stages of project development

Organization and modification of operational and work processes within the team to optimize resource usage

Team resource management (organizing and participating in hiring, firing, creating personal development plans for employees)

Interaction with stakeholders, Product, and BA teams (working with business requests, participating in creating and working with requirements, influencing product decisions)

Close interaction with Design and Content teams (participation in UI\UX design development and application localization)

People management of the team

Change and risk management

Resolving organizational issues to maintain team comfort and focus on results
