Project Manager for New Product Introduction

PM NPI / Project Manager for New Product Introduction - is responsible for the comprehensive product launch from initiation to mass production. Areas of responsibility include procurement, logistics, warehouses, incoming inspection, production preparation and manufacturing of device test batches, certification, and marketing. Cross-functional interaction with PM dev and other R&D teams.
Main hard skills: Spoken English no lower than B1/B2.
Experience in procurement management and contractor management.
Experience in implementing projects into production (electronics or similar).
Understanding of launching a product from 0 to mass production: Proto, EVT, DVT, PVT, MP.
Understanding of production planning (MRP: requirements, stock, reservation, orders).
Project management, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
Coordination and management of procurement, logistics, production, and warehouses.

Experience using Jira, Confluence, ERP/MRP tools and production tracking systems, Excel/Sheets at the level of formulas, pivot tables, basic Power Query, MS Project/Monday.
Ability to read technical documentation (drawings, specifications, CAD files).
Basic reporting skills.
Ability to analyze process bottlenecks.
Practical application of optimization tools (having at least a little understanding of what they are).
RCA (Root Cause Analysis: 5 Whys, Fishbone).
Basic Lean / Kaizen thinking.
Process mapping (flowcharts, BPMN).
Risk matrix + mitigation planning.
Functional duties: Plans budget, deadlines, material supply volume, and equipment readiness for product launch at all stages of the project from initiation to mass production.
Manages procurement, warehouses, logistics, certification, marketing, incoming inspection, launching test batches into production, and contractors within the framework of project implementation.
Ensures seamless communication between departments, makes decisions, manages changes, consolidates project information, and maintains it.
Conducts meetings, monitors, and controls the execution of the project schedule.
Coordinates materials and documentation readiness for orders, implements changes as needed.
Selects and interacts with suppliers, manages risks throughout the entire process.
Organizes and launches production of products for all stages and batches until handover to mass production.
