Ajax Systems — is an international technology company, the largest developer and manufacturer of Ajax security systems with smart home capabilities in Europe. It is an entire ecosystem with 135 devices, mobile and desktop applications, and server infrastructure.

Every year we demonstrate exponential growth both in team size and in the number of users worldwide. Currently, the company has more than 3,300 employees. And Ajax sensors protect 2.5 million users in more than 187 countries around the world. Our company is actively developing. So, we are always looking for active people. We are steadily increasing our capacities and, accordingly, our team.

We are the Ajax Systems Pre-Sales engineer team, working at the intersection of technology, sales, and innovation. We don't just support sales — we help partners integrate state-of-the-art security systems into their business, overturning perceptions of the possibilities of security solutions.

What do we do? We test and implement innovations: The Pre-Sales team is among the first to get access to the latest devices and technologies, tests them in real-world conditions, and provides feedback to developers.

We support partners: We train clients from all over the world by conducting seminars, webinars, and technical workshops. Our goal is to make the complex simple and understandable.

We develop expertise: We work not only with security systems but also with related technologies: IoT, automation, network technologies, cloud solutions, and AI.

What is our mindset? Pre-Sales at Ajax Systems is not about template answers, but about finding solutions for non-standard tasks. It is about a deep understanding of the product, project thinking, and the desire to help clients quickly adapt the most modern technologies.

We think comprehensively: today we are technical consultants, tomorrow — product marketing experts, and sometimes — strategists who, together with partners, create solutions for large-scale projects.

What makes this job special? Diversity of tasks: Every day brings new challenges: from assisting with a complex integration project to developing training materials for the company's partners.

Technological drive: We work with cutting-edge solutions in the field of security, test new devices, and explore integration possibilities with third-party systems.

The romance of the profession: There is something special about this job — the realization that your expertise helps protect thousands of facilities around the world.
