Facility Project manager

Functional responsibilities: Coordination and management of construction projects (end-to-end);

Formation of project structures, stages, and milestones;

Development and coordination of the master schedule;

Coordination of all participants: designers, contractors, suppliers;

Formation and defense of the CAPEX budget, cost control, cash flow;

Preparation of tender documentation, conducting tenders, and selecting contractors;

Concluding contracts, monitoring the fulfillment of contractual obligations;

Coordination and control of various contractors' work;

Validation of estimates and certificates of completion;

Review and optimization of technical solutions (value engineering);

Control of compliance with safety regulations;

Handover of the facility for operation;

Closing of contracts and finalization of the budget.

Requirements: Experience in organizing and managing construction projects;

Understanding of construction technology and the sequence of works;

Ability to read construction drawings;

Knowledge of ДБН;

Project management, scheduling, budgeting, risk management;

Spoken English no lower than B1/B2.

Ability to work in AutoCad.

Will be a plus: Experience using Jira, Confluence, Excel/Sheets (at the level of formulas and pivot tables), and MS Project;

Ability to read technical documentation (drawings, specifications, CAD files);

Basic reporting skills;

Ability to analyze process bottlenecks.
