Main responsibilities: Planning needs and placing orders, taking into account production and logistics lead times to ensure uninterrupted production supply.

Procurement of printing products (packaging, labels, stickers, instructions, and other printed materials).

Maintaining effective cooperation with suppliers, conducting negotiations regarding terms of cooperation.

Analysis and assessment of long-term risks of material availability, developing measures for their minimization.

Fulfilling the department's MRP KPIs and ensuring the achievement of established indicators.

Preparing reports, visualizing work results, and monitoring the execution of planned actions.

Interacting with internal company departments to ensure an effective procurement process and the fulfillment of business tasks.

Requirements: Confident user of MS Office and 1C.

English language level — Intermediate (B1) or higher.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with data to make effective business decisions.

Understanding of procurement planning and inventory management processes.

Knowledge of scenario planning principles, ability to assess risks and opportunities in both the short and long term.

Developed negotiation and presentation skills, ability to argue one's position and effectively influence decision-making.

High level of self-organization, stress resistance, ability to work under deadlines, and the ability to prioritize tasks competently.

Will be an advantage: Experience in procurement of printing products: packaging, labels, stickers, instructions, and other printed materials.

Practical experience interacting with printing contractors, knowledge of the specifics of production and quality control of printing products.
