The development process covers deep expertise in optics, image quality, embedded systems, Wi-Fi and networking technologies, as well as audio tuning. The division ensures full vertical integration of all device components, creating technologically complete solutions that meet the reliability standards of the ecosystem and the requirements of global industrial manufacturing.
Required knowledge and skills: Deep knowledge of Embedded Linux (U-boot, ARM Toolchains, Kernel, RootFS, BusyBox) with at least 3 years of development experience;
Professional proficiency in C, SHELL-scripting, as well as Git and make tools;
Knowledge of ARM processor architecture;
Knowledge of digital and analog interfaces (including I2C, SPI, UART/TTL, Ethernet, USB, HDMI, MIPI, SATA, eMMC);
Experience using peripherals: sensors, actuators, controllers, accelerometers, etc.
Will be a plus: Experience working with streaming video, codecs, and decoders (HEVC, H.264, H.265);
Experience working with Buildroot in hardware project development on ARM platforms;
Understanding of SecureBoot implementation principles in modern solutions;
Knowledge and practical experience using Python;
Understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP) and video data transmission protocols (primarily RTP/RTSP);
Understanding or experience working with ffmpeg, OpenCV libraries;
Understanding the specifics of developing low-power devices;
Experience writing auxiliary software for PC for the purpose of debugging or testing devices.
Tasks: Research video processing hardware platforms, propose and develop architectural solutions for video devices;
Perform system component sourcing, EVK launch, and SDK testing, considering product requirements;
Collaborate with the hardware engineer on circuit design development;
Develop and integrate hardware-dependent BSP modules into the device software for individual components (CPU/MCU, sensors, controllers, crypto modules, etc.);
Perform launch and debugging of the hardware part of prototypes and the final device;
Collaborate with the device Firmware team, perform coordination of protocols and software interfaces for system component interaction;
Participate in debugging, optimization, and releases of the final device and Firmware;
Collaborate with the QA team, participate in requirement formation and test case development.
We offer: The opportunity to propose and implement your own ideas that impact the product and production;
Work in a motivated team and zero bullshit culture;
Competitive salary;
