Data Analyst (Production)

Currently, we are looking for a Data Analyst Specialist who will help develop automated reporting and analytical tools to support the production of high-tech electronics. In this role, you will work at the intersection of various departments, creating solutions to increase process efficiency, automate routine tasks, and build a transparent data-driven motivation system.

Responsibilities: Collecting and processing data from various sources: databases, ERP, Google Sheets, API.

Building dashboards for effective information transfer using Power BI.

Supporting and developing regular reporting (production budgeting, quality reports, operational and motivation metrics).

Analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities for their digitization and automation.

Developing Google Sheets data entry tools for planning or recording work results.

Developing data entry or data exchange tools (Telegram bots, FastAPI services, other integration solutions) — as a growth area.

Documenting calculation logic, data sources, and reporting structures.

Developing the direction of working with cloud services and modern data infrastructure within the analytics team (Databricks / Airflow).

Requirements: Practical experience working with Power BI, DAX, and SQL.

Practical experience working with Google Sheets; familiarity with Google Apps Script or JavaScript will be a plus.

Basic Python skills for data processing and automation; pet projects and experience working with API will be a plus.

Understanding of reporting automation principles and data handling.

English at a level of confident reading of technical documentation.
