Currently, we are looking for a Consultant SAP PY with experience in SAP implementation in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities: Analysis, collection, and formalization of business requirements regarding payroll processes.
Modeling and description of business processes (AS-IS / TO-BE) in the direction of Payroll.
Configuration and support of SAP Payroll (PY) functionality, specifically payroll schema, PCR, wage types, calculation schemes, and rules.
Execution of Payroll localization in accordance with current legislative requirements (taxes, social contributions, statutory reporting).
Working with personnel master data (Employee Master Data, Infotypes), preparation and verification of data for calculation.
Conducting payroll runs, analyzing calculation results, identifying and resolving errors.
Support of post-payroll processes, including the generation of payment statements and integration with banking and accounting systems.
Configuration and support of SAP Payroll integration with SAP PA, OM, and FI modules.
Preparation of functional specifications, technical tasks, and decomposition of requirements into User Stories.
Assigning tasks to the development team, interacting with ABAP developers, analyzing user-exits, BAdI, and other enhancements.
Preparation of test scenarios, conducting functional, regression, and UAT testing.
Participation in the full SAP Payroll implementation cycle: configuration, testing, parallel runs, preparation for Go-Live, and production system launch.
Support and development of the solution after implementation, including updates in accordance with legislative changes.
Development and support of reporting, forms (SmartForms / Adobe Forms), and payroll analytics.
Preparation of user documentation and conducting training for HR and finance teams.
Requirements: Full higher technical or economic education.
Work experience as a SAP Consultant / SAP Payroll Consultant / System Analyst for 2+ years in SAP implementation projects or business process automation.
Practical experience working with the SAP Payroll (PY) module for 2+ years.
Deep understanding of payroll processes: salary calculation, taxes, social contributions, bonuses, sick leave, vacations, and other payments.
Experience configuring SAP PY functionality (Payroll Schema, PCR, Wage Types, calculation rules, and schemes).
Practical experience in Payroll localization according to legislative requirements.
Experience working with SAP Payroll integration with related SAP modules (PA, OM, FI).
Practical experience participating in SAP Payroll implementation and support.
Experience in preparing functional documentation and working with a development team.
English language — no lower than Intermediate.
Will be an advantage: Experience working with SAP HCM or SAP SuccessFactors.
Experience implementing international payroll or multi-country payroll solutions.
Understanding of SAP Time Management (TM) processes and their integration with Payroll.
Experience working under Agile / Scrum.
