Consultant SAP MM

Each department fully covers a specific operational business need. The company's specialists are involved at all stages: from the production line in Ukraine to the logistics center in Poland, from where products are shipped to distributors all over the world. Currently, we are looking for a Consultant SAP MM with experience in SAP implementation in a manufacturing environment. The position is focused on the analysis and automation of procurement, inventory management, and logistics processes: gathering business requirements, configuring SAP MM, participating in implementation, testing, and further system development.

Responsibilities: analyze, gather, and formalize business requirements;

describe and model business processes (AS-IS / TO-BE) in the direction of procurement and logistics;

configure and support SAP MM functionality (master data, purchasing documents, material movements, pricing);

prepare functional specifications, technical assignments, and decompose requirements into user stories;

work with master data (Material Master, Vendor Master), prepare templates, and support data migration;

interact with the development team, set tasks, and monitor their execution;

participate in solution testing (preparation of test cases, conducting UAT) and support preparation for Go-Live;

ensure support and development of SAP MM after implementation;

prepare training materials and conduct training for business users;

interact with stakeholders and related teams to develop business processes.

Our expectations: at least 2 years of experience working with SAP MM;

experience participating in SAP implementation or development projects;

deep understanding of Procure-to-Pay processes, inventory management, and material accounting;

experience in gathering, analyzing, and formalizing business requirements;

practical experience in configuring SAP MM;

experience in preparing functional documentation, testing, and supporting business users;

understanding of SAP MM integration with FI, SD, EWM modules;

higher technical or economic education;

English language — Intermediate or higher.

Will be an advantage: experience working with SAP EWM;

understanding of MRP processes;

basic knowledge of ABAP.
