About the company

AJ Chambers are recruiting for a experienced Employment Solicitor to join a growing Employment team in London for a top 100 law firm.

Your tasks

Both contentious and non-contentious employment work, for employers and Executives including:

• Employment Tribunal claims and litigation
• Disciplinary, grievance and performance management matters
• Employment contracts, policies and procedures
• Redundancy and restructuring projects
• Workplace investigations
• Executive exits, negotiations and settlement agreements
• Employment aspects of corporate transactions
• Day-to-day HR and employment law advisory work

Requirements

• NQ – 4 PQE in employment law
• Experience advising employer clients on both contentious and non-contentious matters
• Experience advising Executive clients
• Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive and collaborative approach to client service
• An interest in business development and marketing
