- Plan, manage, and execute metal fabrication and cladding projects from initiation to final handover.
- Develop project schedules, resource plans, and budgets, and monitor progress against project milestones.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
- Lead and supervise project engineers, site engineers, supervisors, and installation teams.
- Monitor fabrication, material procurement, logistics, and site installation activities to ensure timely project execution.
- Review engineering drawings, specifications, and contract documents to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Manage project costs, variations, claims, and change orders while maintaining profitability.
- Conduct regular project meetings and provide progress reports to management and clients.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize delays and cost overruns.
- 5–10 years of UAE experience in metal fabrication / cladding projects
- Proven experience managing projects from planning to completion
- Strong knowledge of project execution, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination
- Experience managing site teams, subcontractors, and client requirements
- Ability to monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
