AI Deployment Associate
About AISensum AISensum builds AI teammates that work inside a company's daily operations and improve its P&L. There are three. Daniel lifts revenue at the point of sale. Sasha saves time and cost. Nicole lifts quality and coaching for frontline teams. Our clients include Timezone, UNIQLO, ASICS, P&G, Combiphar and Het Echte Bakkersgilde in the Netherlands. Human in the Lead. The operator decides, the AI teammate supports.
About the team You join the AI Performance team, which runs Daniel. Daniel has three parts: Cortex, the intelligence layer our clients call "the brain"; Offer Magnet, where the client's team creates and publishes offers; and the Smart Offer Engine, which puts the right offer in front of the cashier at the counter. The team manages our enterprise client accounts and turns each client's revenue goals into solutions that run inside their stores and systems.
Role overview Your main job is the client relationship. You sit in client meetings, understand the commercial goal behind each deployment, own the health of your accounts, and become the person clients trust to represent AISensum. You turn client needs into clear requirements and work with our Design and Development teams to take each solution from plan to live. You also run the day-to-day of client projects: timelines, dependencies and open issues. You won't design the technical architecture or build the product yourself. You will need to understand Daniel well enough to explain it to a client and brief the team that builds it. You report to the Head of AI Performance and work closely with Design and Development, plus Finance and IT when needed.
Key responsibilities
- Account and client management
- Run day-to-day communication with your client accounts, including regular check-ins and project updates.
- Join client meetings to understand their goals, feedback and how their operations work.
- Learn each client's business and how Daniel's three parts are used in it.
- Track timelines, deliverables, dependencies and open items across active projects.
- Follow up with clients and internal teams on pending decisions and actions.
- Keep clients informed of progress and of any change that affects delivery.
- Keep clear meeting notes, account records and a log of client requests and decisions.
- Spot client concerns and project risks early, and raise them with the Head of AI Performance.
- Read client dashboards and explain in plain words what changed and why.
- Never promise a client a feature or claim the team hasn’t confirmed. When unsure, check first.
- Travel to client sites in Indonesia and abroad for meetings, launches and on-site support.
- Solution and project management
- Turn client needs and feedback into clear, actionable briefs for internal teams.
- Work with the Head of AI Performance, Design and Development to shape solutions that meet the client's business goals.
- Help define user flows, reports, required data and the business metrics that matter.
- Review UI and product designs to check they meet the client's needs.
- Support testing, rollout and go-live.
What we're looking for Someone comfortable working between clients and internal teams. You understand what a client needs, say it clearly, keep several projects organised, and get different teams to turn it into a working solution. You don't need a technical or AI background. You do need to enjoy learning how AI products work and explaining them.
- 1-3 years in account management, client servicing, project coordination, digital marketing, product or a related role. Fresh graduates with relevant internship or organisation experience are welcome.
- Confident with clients, in Bahasa Indonesia and English, spoken and written.
- Good business sense: you understand what a client is trying to achieve and why it matters to their P&L.
- Strong follow-through: many requests, deadlines and people, with no details lost.
- Comfortable with numbers, reports and dashboards.
- Adaptable: priorities shift between clients and products week to week, and you pick up new things fast.
- Willing and able to travel often, within Indonesia and abroad, sometimes at short notice. A valid passport, or willingness to get one quickly.
- Uses AI to get real work done, and checks the result before sharing it.
How you'll grow At AISensum, we value ambidexterity; you’ll build deep expertise in your core area, develop a second skill over time, and stay familiar with the teams you work with.
- Your lane: strategy and product. Why we build it, for whom, and how it grows inside each client.
- You grow into: data and intelligence. Learn to read business and customer data, understand what the numbers mean, and communicate the insights clearly.
- You’ll stay familiar with: Design, Engineering, Infrastructure & Governance. Know how each team contributes to the solution. You don’t need to be the technical expert.
- For everyone: AI fluency. You use AI to do real work, and you check its output before anyone else sees it.
