Production Supervisor (Male applicants only)

1. Supervise daily production operations to ensure smooth workflow and on-time delivery.
2. Monitor and control production processes to meet quality and schedule requirements.
3. Manage and allocate workforce effectively to support production targets.
4. Prepare and maintain operational documents such as Work Instructions (WI), procedures, and check sheets.
5. Support problem-solving activities by identifying causes of defects and assisting in implementing corrective actions.
6. Coordinate with related departments to ensure smooth production operations.
7. Participate in continuous improvement (Kaizen) activities to enhance productivity and quality.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in a related field.
2. At least 3-5 years of experience in automotive parts manufacturing (Tier 1 preferred).
3. Experience working in a Japanese company is an advantage.
4. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role in production.
5. Basic knowledge of Work Instructions (WI), procedures, and process documentation.
6. Able to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for basic reporting.
7. Basic understanding of automotive fuel systems and electrical systems is an advantage.
8. Knowledge of SQDC (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost) concepts.
9. Able to communicate in basic English.
10. Able to work in shifts, overtime, and during holidays if required.
11. Age not over 35 years old.
