Maintenance Energy Supervisor

1.Activities to achieve KPI (safety , quality , production, cost, and human resource development) in each division. 2.Formulation and implementation of periodical maintenance plans. 3.Consideration and measures to prevent recurrence. 4.Identification of preventive maintenance measures through analysis of maintenance records and historical data. 5.Cost reduction through improvements. 6.Management, effective use, and improvement of spare parts and consumables. 7.Maintenance and management of plant infrastructure and promotion of energy conservation.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field. Age not over 38 (Male applicants only) Experience working in a Japanese company (automotive parts preferred). Know TPS, TPM, MTTR, and MTBF, IATF16949,ISO-14001,ISO-45001. Have used Yamaha and IAI robots (PC software experience and replaceable). Understand Omron and Mitsubishi PLC programs (PC software experience and replaceable). Understand mechanical diagrams, electrical equipment diagrams, and air piping diagrams. Able to work in shifts, overtime, and holidays. Able to perform PDCA to achieve KPI. รบกวนระบุรายได้ใน Resume
