The position:

MISSIONS:

Integrated into the teams of one of our major account clients, your missions will be as follows:

• Identify and evaluate the optimal agile method to use
• Support the change towards agility (team and stakeholders)
• Ensure the correct application of the agile methodology (framework, practices, ?)
• Facilitate agile ceremonies (Daily, sprint planning, review, retrospective ...)
• Anticipate and monitor the progress of iterations and workstreams, alert on potential difficulties
• Provide the necessary indicators for the review
• Ensure the relevance of the retrospective and ensure that the planning is correctly prepared and executed
• Facilitate the team and ensure it remains focused on its commitments
• Facilitate enhanced cooperation between all roles and functions.
• Protect the team from all external solicitations
• Help the team enter into a continuous improvement process
• Facilitate the adoption of JIRA within the team
• Design and present attractive visual aids

Technical environment:
