The position:

MISSIONS:

Integrated into the teams of one of our major accounts, your missions will be as follows:

  • Lead the implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance
  • Work in close collaboration with level 1 support (continuous improvement, documentation, animation)
  • Ensure / Coordinate level 2 user support
  • Act as guarantor for the correct application of security guidelines within your scope
  • Maintain the application mapping up to date
  • Translate needs into technical specifications
  • Plan and monitor developments carried out by service providers and ensure compliance with commitments in terms of quality, costs, deadlines and reporting
  • Lead all technical tests (unit, performance, integration)
  • Prepare and participate in deployment

Technical environment:

  • Application management
  • ERP (SAP)
  • English indispensable
  • International environment
  • Knowledge of methodologies (Prince 2, Cycle en V, Agile...)
  • Knowledge of application architecture appreciated
