Roles & Responsibilities Offer and propose freight solutions to customers. Receive and arrange air export shipment bookings from customers. Coordinate shipment flow: Arrange pickup. Book flights with carriers. Manage warehouse logistics. Monitor shipment status: Check departure and status of booked flights. Handle recovery processes if necessary. Respond to customer and overseas agent queries regarding shipment bookings and rates. Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the manager. Experience: No prior experience required; training will be provided.
