We are looking for fixed-term, on-call hourly employees for Service Officer positions at Ivalo Airport for the winter season. The work is excellently suited as extra income, alongside studies, or for those seeking flexible work.
As a Service Officer, you will act on the front line of airport customer service. Your tasks will focus on guiding passengers on the apron and in the airport's outdoor areas, where you will ensure the safe and smooth movement of passengers between aircraft and the terminal. You will work as part of the airport team in an international environment and meet passengers from around the world every day.

Previous experience in the aviation industry is not essential, as we will provide induction for the task.
The Act on the Protection of Privacy in Working Life applies to this position. The selected candidate is required to provide an approved drug test as part of the pre-employment check.
The fixed-term, on-call employment contract begins in November and ends in March 2027. Previous experience in aviation is not required, as we will provide full training and induction for the role.
