Head of CRM Application Development (m/f/d)

This role puts you at the heart of SEB Kort Group’s transformation into Europe’s leading corporate payment platform. You’ll lead a cross-border CRM engineering team, shape future CRM capabilities with Microsoft Dynamics 365, and drive strategic direction together with the Channels & CRM Engineering leadership team.

Lead the CRM Application Development team across Sweden and Germany

Drive strategic direction, innovation, and development of CRM capabilities for the team

Lead, coach and empower developers and business experts to grow and succeed

Ensure stable IT asset ownership, lifecycle, risk and budget management

Promote efficient processes, continuous improvement and modern engineering practices while creating a collaborative and trusting atmosphere

Align with agile teams and engage stakeholders across markets to support shared priorities and effective delivery

Deine Qualifikation / Your qualifications

Experience in leading people, formally or informally, with strong coaching and mentoring skills

Ability to lead through change, ambiguity and cross-border collaboration

Solid technical understanding and a strong business mindset

Experience with CRM applications; Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a strong plus

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build trust across organizational and cultural boundaries

Fluent in English; Swedish or German is a plus

Classification in the AirPlus organizational model (Cube): This role is classified in the basic profile ML3 (Job family: IT/ Orientation: Guiding/ Impact Level: Signifikant).
