Your mission

Airbus Atlantic is deploying its Industry of the Future roadmap through 2030 by integrating several themes (Industrial Tool Co-design Methodology, Manufacturing of Elementary Parts, Eco-Responsible Processes, Assemblies, Integrated Supply Chain, Automated Logistics, and Connected Factory)

Your daily life? Participating in the deployment of the Industry of the Future roadmap forthe "Integrated Supply Chain and Automated Logistics" flow.

Your main missions will be to:

• Define, validate, and maintain the Project Roadmap, ensuring buy-in from all stakeholders
• Ensure the link with DGAC-CORAC / GIFAS bodies as well as with partners (suppliers, subcontractors)
• Manage the overall project budget (funding and expenses)
• Guarantee the achievement of all project milestones in terms of quality / cost / delay
• Lead the partner consortium to ensure the achievement of project objectives
• Hierarchically manage project managers and functionally allocated resources
• Take responsibility for certain sub-projects autonomously
• Lead and communicate on the project
• Be the Focal Point of the Airbus Atlantic Industry of the Future team at the Supply Chain level, interfacing with the various departments of the company
• Guarantee coordination, alignment, monitoring, and synergy with various initiatives having similar ambitions coming from external organizations or within the Group.***

Your profile (What will make the difference)

***You have at least 10 years of experience in an industrial environment in Supply Chain and Logistics functions.

You know how to lead teams of men and women from diverse backgrounds around a common project, while adapting your posture to communicate effectively with your internal and external interlocutors.

In addition, you have:

• Good knowledge of Project management tools, methods, and solutions
• Successful experience in relationship management and negotiation with suppliers (Supply Chain, Purchasing)
• An industrial culture and vision, particularly in global Supply-Chain (APICS CPIM level certification ideally)
• A strong appetite for new information processing technologies (Big Data, AI, Human-Machine Interface, Digitalization)
• The ability to think 'out of the box' and to challenge your interlocutors to define disruptive solutions***
