A job offer titled *« Product Support Engineer (m/f) has just opened within Airbus Defence & Space CyberSecurity at its Elancourt site.

You will join the Engineering department whose mission is to ensure "by Design" security of information systems, to integrate security software and equipment, to deploy them at our customers' sites, and to train users.

This department develops products including a *cyber-training platform*, for conducting cybersecurity training and exercises, and a *file analysis solution* to detect malicious files.Tasks and responsibilities Your main missions in this position will be the following: Provide technical support for our customers.Guarantee the processing of Technical Facts in compliance with SLAsPerform platform installations and software updates.Guarantee the quality of deliveries for our customersWrite and maintain up-to-date technical documentation (Architectures, procedures, FAQ, etc.) as well as documentation/presentations intended for customers (Presentation, Learning Guide, etc.)Skills & Prerequisites You have 3 to 5 years of experience in an equivalent position and you have the following skills: Mastery of major operating systems (mainly Linux) and networksMastery of virtualization technologies (notably KVM)Mastery of tools such as Packer, Terraform, Ansible, Prometheus, Grafana.Good knowledge of the cybersecurity fieldAutonomous, synthesis skills, and good writing skillsDynamic, endowed with excellent interpersonal skills and a taste for service.Language skills English* : advanced level
