Description We are looking for our partner: a Support Engineer M/F.

Within an international support engineering team dedicated to aircraft connectivity systems, you will intervene in support of customers and technical teams in order to guarantee the performance and availability of cabin connectivity solutions.

In this capacity, you will be required to:

• Manage and process technical requests from customers relating to connectivity systems in service.
• Analyze technical issues and propose suitable solutions.
• Trigger, manage, and ensure the follow-up of corrective actions.
• Guarantee compliance with performance indicators (KPI) such as OTD.
• Consolidate, analyze, and exploit data from service feedback.
• Participate in the deployment of new connectivity contexts and solutions.
• Ensure coordination with various stakeholders (customers, engineering, programs, suppliers, etc.).
• Contribute, if necessary, to the maintenance of airworthiness in accordance with Part 21 and/or Part 145 requirements.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of the quality and performance of cabin connectivity systems.
