(international team Multi-FAL Program / multi-site (Spain - Germany - France) Mission as soon as possible until 12/18/2026

Want to be at the heart of aircraft quality conformance? Airbus is recruiting a Quality Conformance Manager (QCM) to strengthen its teams in a context of increasing workload on quality issues. A strategic role, at the heart of the Final Assembly Line (FAL), with high exposure to customers, production, and suppliers.

Your mission

As a QCM, you will intervene across the entire aircraft cycle to guarantee product conformance and customer satisfaction.

• Ensure quality conformance of work (RFE zones, SA & WB structures)
• Act as the quality focal point between the FAL, end customers, and internal teams
• Manage non-conformities (NC), concessions, QLB, TLB, work orders
• Analyze quality deviations (trends, reporting, continuous improvement)
• Drive field quality activities and outsourced inspections
• Coordinate interactions with suppliers, Spanish factories, and cross-functional teams
• Contribute to the reduction of the cost of non-quality via best practices and quality loops
• Participate in internal and external audits and secure aircraft milestones (FOT, HO, TAC)

Profile description

Profile sought

• 1 to 3 years of experience in aeronautical quality (Airbus experience strongly appreciated)
• Good knowledge of FAL processes and the Airbus environment
• Experience in stakeholder management (production, customers, suppliers)
• Trilingual required: English + fluent Spanish / French appreciated
• SAP is a plus
• Autonomy, rigor, proactivity, and excellent communication skills
