***An Industrialization Engineer (M/F) position has just opened within Airbus Defence & Space in Elancourt, France. Within the Operations department of Space Electronics France, you will join the Industrialization & Delivery Management organization (TSAEO6). You will be part of a team of 12 people responsible for industrialization and managing the production and testing of space electronic equipment for Airbus satellite platforms and payloads. *You will be responsible for managing the industrialization of new products, ensuring the commitments made to internal projects.* From the bidding phases to the first series productions, *the Industrial Architect is responsible for the industrial performance of the products under development for which they are responsible.* In this capacity, you will rely on the various trades within the Operations department (Planning, Methods, Production), with whom you will intervene to coordinate and ensure the programmatic consistency of activities. You will also work in close collaboration with the design office and design teams.***

Vos challenges et missions principales

• Manage the fulfillment of operational commitments in terms of compliance with production cost imperatives, flow optimization, quality, and lead times.As part of the industrialization plan, define the processes, sequences, tooling needs, and qualifications necessary for new productsEnsure that industrial constraints are taken into account by the teams in charge of designing electronic boards and equipment through the application of DFM (Design For Manufacturing) rules. Challenge and validate the product definition file to secure industrial objectives.Validate technical choices and their industrial feasibility by defining and supervising the creation of industrialization and qualification models. Lead the associated feedback sessions.Act as the Operations representative during development phases and ensure the interface and reporting within Space Electronics France projectsParticipate in the development of Technology & Process roadmaps, and coordinate the selection and introduction of new production means and processes.Manage the Risks and Opportunities inherent to these activities***In cooperation with the Delivery Manager, during the transfer to the series phase, ensure the monitoring of pre-series and the first flight models

Occasional business travel within Europe is to be expected, and therefore, you must be willing to travel accordingly.***

Votre profil:

You hold an engineering degree in industrial engineering, electronics, or a university degree in related disciplines ***You have *more than 5 years of experience in the field of industrialization, *and particularly in the electronics industry Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing as well as mastery of "Design For Manufacturing" and "Design To Cost" approaches would be a plus. ***Of a unifying nature, you possess *good interpersonal skills* and are able to *interact *and *coordinate multidisciplinary teams You are *dynamic*, like having a *sense of responsibility,* and demonstrate *good synthesis skills*** Proficiency in English is required
