Your daily life? Transforming technological challenges into industrial realities. You will be part of the team in charge of numerical simulation activities with the objective of product certification (business and/or first class seats) through dynamic calculations and analyses.
Your main missions will consist of Innovating: Modeling seat sub-assemblies using Finite Elements to perform dynamic simulation calculations, performing the calculation notes necessary for conducting tests in the "Dynamic Simulation" Roadmap (test plans and reports, calculation notes), implementing previously characterized specific elements, performing pre-dimensioning calculations,Optimizing: Evaluating subsystem performance through simulation, implementing and monitoring physical tests of the "Dynamic Simulation" Roadmap in the laboratory, correlating tests with simulations and proposing improvements if necessaryCollaborating: Providing technical expertise on numerical simulation issues, positioning yourself as a calculation and mechanical justification specialist, collaborating with Product Justification Leaders within Engineering and the Certification department.
You may be required to travel occasionally in France and abroad.Your profile (What will make the difference)You are proactive regarding areas of improvement related to our activities, creative, organized, enthusiastic, flexible, possessing good interpersonal skills and an ability to listen.
Ideally, you have more than 4 years of experience in the aeronautics and/or cabin interior field.
Knowledge in the following areas: Dynamic, static, and composite calculations,Strength of materials,Writing technical notes, plans, and test reports,Management of complex projects,Aeronautical standards (FAR-JAR-CS25, RTCD DO160, Airbus and Boeing specifications)
IT/Software knowledge: You are comfortable with dynamic calculation software such as RADIOSS, LSDYNA. You are comfortable with calculation software such as Nastran, Patran, Hypermesh, Inspire. You have notions of Catia V5 (consultation) and PDMLink (or equivalent)***You master office tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
