We are looking for an ERP / ARP Planning & Supply specialist (M/F) for our Commercial Aircraft business to join our Airbus Resource Planning (ARP) program based in Toulouse, France.
The ARP program is a pillar of Airbus's digital transformation and aims to optimize our industrial processes and flows. You will be part of an international multidisciplinary team responsible for developing the SAP core model and deploying it across various Airbus sites, in an environment managed in Agile / SAFe. You will focus on Production and Manufacturing Engineering processes.

Your challenges:
Act as a member of the Manufacturing team (Shopfloor and Manufacturing Engineering), within an Agile framework. Contribute to the delivery of the solution to meet customer needs while taking into account IT directives, aiming notably for compliance with the SAP standard. Collect requirements, validate the proposed solution, test, and provide documentation to users. Contribute to the deployment of processes and the solution, by performing change management, data migration, cutover, and post-go-live support (hypercare) activities. Ensure the integration of the Manufacturing domain (Production System and Manufacturing Engineering) with other business areas, such as Finance, Planning & Supply, and Logistics. Collaborate with Operations stakeholders (key users and end users), Process Owners, and Information Systems Department teams, from the scoping phase to commissioning.
Your boarding pass:
- Master / Engineering degree in computer science, supply chain, industrial engineering (Manufacturing Engineering) or production management.
- More than 5 years of experience in aeronautics or a similar complex industrial sector (e.g., automotive, defense).
- Global understanding of the supply chain.
- In-depth knowledge of the Manufacturing Engineering and Shopfloor domain.
- Mastery of other domains and experience within Operations is an asset.
- Proficiency in SAP supply chain modules.
- SAP certifications and knowledge of S/4HANA are a plus.
- Knowledge of project management and SAFe / Agile methodology.
- Fluent English is essential.
- Proficiency in French, German and/or Spanish is a significant asset.
