Together, we will contribute to the activity of the NHI Contracts Finance Department by directly managing the financial flow of a global-scale program generating an annual turnover of 2 billion euros.
Your main missions will be as follows Management of collections & unpaid invoices:* Drive the collection of customer cash, develop monthly reporting, lead follow-up reviews with Contract Managers, Variant Support Leads, and partners (Airbus Helicopters, Leonardo, Fokker), and work with IT to automate reports.***Billing support:* Analyze billing triggers, identify blockages, and provide operational support for the processing of complex files or the backlog.***Contract evolution & administration:* Participate in the creation of contracts and master data in SAP, configure payment plans and price revisions during kick-off meetings, and propose process improvements.***Operational interfacing:* Ensure liaison with the Billing, Accounting, and Treasury teams for monitoring cash forecasts and resolving disputes.***Transformation projects:* Contribute to continuous improvement and IT transformation projects (notably the implementation of new contract administration tools
Your profile Experience level:* Minimum 5 years of experience in billing, financial operations, or contract administration.***Technical expertise:* Solid knowledge of accounting (receivables, payables, VAT), proficiency in SAP desired, experience in IT/organizational transformation projects.***Languages:* Fluent English mandatory, professional mastery of French appreciated.***Soft skills:* Leadership and interpersonal skills in an intercultural environment, rigor and analytical/synthesis skills, adaptability, problem-solving orientation.
