***Airbus Defence & Space *is looking for a *Technical Project Manager* to join our "Public Safety and Security - Program Management Office" department based in *Elancourt, France*. You will be part of a team that develops secure radiocommunications systems (intended for public security forces or large companies in the transport and industry sectors) based on Tétrapol and MCX technologies.
Within the "Project Management Office France" team, you will be involved in technical project management activities aimed at developing products * (infrastructure products, operating apps, terminals, smartphone applications) *for Tétrapol and Agnet solutions. *Tetrapol is a proprietary Airbus technology equipping many national networks around the world. Agnet is the Airbus brand for its brand-new network technology complying with the 3GPP 'Mission Critical Systems' standard (MCX). Wherever possible, we encourage flexibility in our working methods to stimulate the spirit of innovation.Your challenges The technical project manager is in charge of product development enabling the delivery of PMR systems to our customers in compliance with our customer commitments (in content, quality, cost and time). They face multi-disciplinary interactions (system architecture, software / hardware development, integration and verification) but with a strong software component,An international context that varies more or less depending on the projects,Numerous subcontracts and partnerships,Strong interaction with our customer accounts (France, Switzerland, Spain, Mexico). A structured environment (possible methodologies: V-cycle by lots, agile, Safe) and tooled (Jira, Confluence, UP). The technical project manager (named "Release Train Engineer Project Manager" or "scrum master" depending on the methodology used) is responsible for the success of the project in its technical, qualitative, calendar and financial aspects and for the satisfaction of the target customers.
As a project manager, they are responsible for a "project Core team" in charge of achieving project objectives and producing the corresponding deliverables in compliance with the Airbus C1 process (based on milestones with entry and exit criteria). As a "Release Train Engineer scrum master" (Safe / Agile methodology), they lead and provide support to the teams of an "agile team train" in compliance with Safe / Agile methodologies.***Your profile Minimum 3 years of experience required in project management,
