Job Description:

Reporting to the Airbus Protect Purchasing Manager, join our team as a Buyer. As part of the harmonization of purchasing practices within Airbus Protect, this position aims to manage project purchasing within our scope of activity.

Based in Blagnac (France), you will guarantee the continuity and transnational consistency of subcontracting and intellectual services contracts in a hybrid and multicultural environment.***

Your missions and responsibilities:

Proactively ensure the implementation of the purchasing policy within a highly critical scope, acting as the guarantor of economic performance objectives and the fulfillment of 'savings' commitments. Anticipate and consolidate transnational needs to identify massification levers between subsidiaries. If you have an interest or experience in Cyber: Actively contribute to providing added value on the specificities of this niche market.

• Lead complex negotiations up to signature and ensure rigorous contractual follow-up of services on projects***
• Develop and manage a panel of partners capable of meeting Airbus Protect's sovereignty requirements.***
• Manage annual evaluation programs for service providers and suppliers***
• Act as an expert to resolve complex commercial or financial disputes and ensure strict compliance with Airbus Group internal control procedures.***
• Maintain continuous technological and market monitoring of our ecosystem (notably cybersecurity niches, for which internal support is provided if you do not yet master them) in order to anticipate evolutions in costs and solutions.***
• Support internal clients in defining their specifications and manage the Department's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).***
• Process purchase requests from internal clients and ensure their transformation into orders in the ERP.***
• Guarantee the compliance of requirement expressions with Airbus Group standards and current legal regulations during their transformation into firm commitments.***

The skills that matter to us:

Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in Project Purchasing or Intellectual Services / IT Purchasing.

Desired degree: Specialized Master's in international purchasing management or Master's in supply chain / purchasing

English level: advanced
