***A new opportunity has arisen as a *Buyer within Procurement Cabin for Aftersales* (acronym PCRS) to support the growth of STC Solutions in the Americas. Come and join the *Cabin Procurement Aftermarket Team (PCR)*, a truly multicultural team located in Hamburg, Toulouse, Lisbon, and Montreal, supporting *Airbus Customer Services* activities. This new *Buyer* position is part of the *PCRS* team, responsible for *Procurement* activities for the *STC (Supplemental Type Certificate) Solution Programme department* and the *ACJ (Airbus Corporate Jet) department STC Solutions Programme* is an integrated team including *Engineering*, *Airworthiness*, *Programme*, *Quality*, *Procurement* and *Logistics*, which values the principle "One Team, One Goal STC Solutions Programme* and its contributors (including *PCRS*) provide certified cabin modernization and cabin system solutions via Airbus STC to airlines and lessors for the modification of their in-service aircraft, through: a team, processes, suppliers, and dedicated resources (Dedicated Kit Factory). Your challenges

Drive sourcing operations and tenders:

• Define sourcing strategies to support the growth of STC Solutions, launch Requests for Quotation (RFQ), and drive Call for Tender (CFT) processes, from supplier selection to contract signature.

Negotiate commercial and contractual terms:

• Negotiate optimal purchasing terms in accordance with company requirements, secure contractual updates, and manage commercial terms during in-service issues to minimize financial exposure.

Manage contracts and ERP data:

• Monitor contract application throughout their lifecycle, ensure timely creation of Non-Recurring Cost (NRC) purchase orders, and ensure accurate price loading in SAP/AMOS.

Foster cross-functional collaboration:

• Represent the *Procurement* department within the *Sub-Multifunctional Teams (Sub-MFTs)* to align line-fit and aftermarket strategies, and coordinate purchasing contributions for pre-sales commercial offers.

Monitor supplier performance:

• Partner with *Procurement Operations* to qualify new suppliers, monitor their performance via Key Performance Indicators (KPI), and support continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.

Your boarding pass

• At least 3 years of professional experience in *Procurement*, supplier management, or a sourcing environment (experience within *Customer Services* and/or *Contract Management* is an asset).
• Degree in *Engineering* or *Business Administration* with a technical background in the Cabin scope, or a degree in *Cabin Engineering* with a commercial background.
• **Strong expertise in contractual negotiation, monitoring commercial agreements, and stakeholder management.
• **Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/AMOS is a plus).
• Negotiating level of English required.
