Quality incident manager / ing. qualité incidents techn. (aéronautique) (f/h) (H/F)

We are looking on behalf of our client Airbus Helicopters, an aeronautical manufacturer, for a Quality Incident Manager / Technical Incident Quality Engineer (Aeronautics) (F/H) - Operational English spoken or even fluent.
As part of this 6-month mission (likely to be renewed up to 18 months), based in Marignane, within the framework of investigations and major incidents, you will contribute to investigations and major incidents regarding aviation safety and customer satisfaction by managing the major incident process and investigations (quality) from a quality perspective for the entire life cycle, with the support of the Quality network.
You will conduct investigations based on events such as accidents and/or incidents, flight safety incidents, safety notifications, technical deviations, as well as process deviations.
The Quality Incident Manager represents the industry during major incidents and ensures the global follow-up of the anomaly from occurrence to resolution:
--> Representation & Interfaces:
- Represent the industry side during major incidents.
- Ensure the link and interface with authorities and customers (DGA, ASA).
- Manage subjects according to airworthiness requirements.
--> Incident Management & Qualification:
- Handle the origin of incidents: in-service events (customer feedback) or non-conformities reported by the industry (FAL or suppliers).
- Classify incidents according to their criticality level.
--> Steering & Action Processing:
- Request and facilitate the processing of actions: facilitating forums, root cause analysis, defining the action plan (on the Design Office or Industry side).
- Write anomaly reports.
--> Facilitation & Reporting:
- Weekly meetings (incident review, action plans, analyses).
- Present subjects clearly and speak fluently in English.
- Technical Profile: Real appetite and interest for technical subjects.
- Steering / Project: Project manager / facilitator posture and mindset.
- Process: Rigor in process compliance.
- Languages: Fluent English is mandatory (fluent) both written and spoken.
